Michael Stoufer visited with the Go To Market Show to discuss his entrepreneurial journey as the owner of Wheat State 47 in Kansas City. He explained how Wheat State differentiates itself in a highly competitive industry by offering a wide variety of unique ingredients and even consulting with customers on new combinations.  They also feature a whole wheat crust that improves the nutritional value of the pie. Michael also talked about what he’s learned utilizing social media to help attract new customers.
